Shirts My Way

Shirtmaker: Shirts My Way

Shirt Ordered: Peace Maker

Thread Count: 60

Price (including shipping): $75

Fit: Sleeves 1/2" too long

Pros:
* Price
* Lots of customization options with nearly every shirt detail

Cons:
* Customization options can be overwhelming
* In the wrong hands, customization may lead to a pretty ugly shirt

Nota Bene: The shirt we ordered (a white "Peace Maker") came with a white paisley collar backing.

Ideal Customer: Individualists looking to make a unique sartorial statement.

Tasting Notes: Shirts My Way is the Burger King of online custom shirtmakers. You want a black shirt with pink buttonholes and light blue buttons? No problem. Putting this kind of power into, say, Tom Ford's hands, could lead to some pretty awesome shirts. Putting it into Carrot Top's hands could produce a shirt capable of First Degree Battery. Proceed accordingly.

POURCAST

BETA

Sazerac

  • 3 shots rye whiskey (or to taste)
  • 1 sugar cube
  • Peychaud's Bitters
  • quarter shot of Absinthe
  • lemon twist

Soak the sugar cube with the bitters and place in the bottom of a highball glass. Mash with the back of a spoon (or muddler, which we hope has not been used to make a Mojito), add the rye whiskey and fill the glass with ice. Stir for about 30 seconds and then strain into another lowball glass that has been rinsed with Absinthe and filled about halfway with ice. Garnish with a lemon twist.
