Q: I have a date with Olivia Palermo (she is on MTV's the City) this Friday. Since she is so into fashion I would like some advice from the pros on what I should wear. Thanks.

Gin and Tonic

  • 2 oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
  • 2 dashes orange bitters
  • premium tonic water (Fever Tree or Q Tonic)

Pour gin over ice in a rocks glass, add the bitters, add tonic water to taste. Garnish with a lime or orange twist.
