A: We recommended Red Jacket on opening day of the 2009 season. So while we're not crazy about publicizing the fact that the sports team from your area is superior to the sports team from another area, Red Jacket is definitely the way to do it. The way not do it?   • 2 shots cognac (or high-quality brandy)
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • hot water to taste

Put this all in a warmed glass and stir until the honey dissolves. Garnish with a twist of lemon.
